Adaption of four blocks of TN Slovenska plaža- an investment worth 14 million euros

According to the statement, the €14 million investment represents one of the largest investments for HG Budvanska rivijera. Mijomir Pejović stated that this investment aligns with the development strategy of Budvanska Rivijera for the 2024–2029 period.

“We plan to complete the adaption of these four blocks by the end of the month, ensuring that all properties of HG Budvanska rivijera will have four star ratings by the summer. Furthermore, we aim to have a five star hotel before the end of 2029. Once we overcome certain barriers and procedures, we hope to begin the reconstruction of Hotel Mogren”, he said.

He emphasized that this adaption is not only significant for HG Budvanska rivijera but also for Budva and the entire Montenegrin coast.

"I am certain that after the completion of this adaptation, TN Slovenska plaža will be the most competitive tourist resort on the entire Adriatic, so we will increase the interest of many renowned agencies with whom we currently cooperate and with whom, I am sure, we will cooperate to a greater extent in the future," said Pejović.
